The Invisible Trust and its Status

• It is a Private Common Law Irrevocable Non-Statutory Sovereign Trust
• It functions as a Faith-based / Religious / Humanitarian / Church Trust Organization
• It is not under U.S. Law or its jurisdiction, however...
• It is:
  • Recognized by U.S. Law and the IRS by mandatory exception
  • Protected by U.S. Law and the First Amendment
  • See 26 USC 508(c)(1)(A)
• This special recognition also allows property tax exemption in many states for properties placed in such a trust.
• The Status of The Invisible Trust is not determined by statute but by Declaration.
• The Invisible Trust is a true God trust. It does not mix statutory concepts like corporation souls, foreign grantor trusts or fictitious concepts such as “religious courts” with non-statutory concepts. The dead cannot interface with the living. Anyone's Trust who does this is a statutory Trust. Under God's Common Law, God the Divine Creator does not contract with dead corporations or fictions. A Trust covenant with God is only between living people.
• Nobody has the power or authority to interfere with such a private Trust covenant.
• Anything a BAR attorney creates or gets involved with is statutory.

Is this Trust Tax Evasion?

The most common question asked.

• What is a tax? It is the royalty payment on the use of someone else's property. One can only tax that which one own and control.
• What property? Your legal name/title in ALL CAPS is a creation of the state, a trust account subject to statutory rules & regulations and is not your property. By running your life's labor through this account, you're obligated to render to Cesar that which belongs to Cesar - Mark 12:13-17.
• They don't tax you dummy. They're taxing the use of your commercial title.
• Tax evasion is not the same as Tax avoidance. Since the IRS / the state did not create you, you can simply avoid their tax by operating under a different Trust covenant other than the one they created, namely the IN GOD WE Trust.

Oh no, those tax evaders !!

• Choose stand in God's Kingdom under a different Trust covenant, there is no such a thing as tax evasion.
• The million dollar question: Under whose Trust covenant (kingdom) do you currently stand?
• The one you pay tribute to... the one you're contracted with is your god. Whomever is your god, you must obey that god.
• If the IRS is your god, you must pay taxes to the IRS, otherwise you're a tax-evader.
• Christ gave us a choice “Render unto Cesar or render unto God”
• The First Amendment guarantees your right to choose which LEGION (“religion”) you wish to be part of and prohibits the existence of any laws suppressing that choice. That's why the term “mandatory exception” was embedded into the IRS' own code in 26 USC 508c1A to recognize that choice... a choice that can NEVER be equated to tax evasion.
• Long before the IRS was created and became the god of many, you always had a choice to join a LEGION or RE-LEGION yourself (having freedom of “religion” choice).
• Since Russian citizens don't pay into the IRS' tax system, are they U.S. tax evaders?
